Mouth Ulcers

Mouth ulcers are usually due to trauma to the gums, palate or cheeks,  such as sharp or broken teeth. Usually once the cause is removed, they resolve in about a week, particularly if the site is looked after.
Attack of the site by fungal bacteria is what makes the ulcer painful and delays the healing process. Just as apple cider vinegar is used to remove fungus off furniture and walls, it is also the best option for helping ulcers heal. Just applying or rinsing with it a couple of times each day will help to promote healing.

If an ulcer stays around for more than two to three weeks, it must be medically investigated to exclude malignancy.
